Tesco voucher codes DISCUSSION ONLY!

I asked the same question last week (see post #1139) but no answer as yet! If someone could give us advice on how to open another account that would be great!

PS. I did manage to get a code to work this week after many, many weeks with none working, only £5 off wys £50 but better than nothing. The code is
XX-6M3Q expires 22nd Feb.

you need a diffferent email address for each account and up to 5 accounts can be openned at 1 address.....sorry no idea how to get different email addresses,don't think its hard but got my son to do it for me :j

forgot to say I have accounts in my name and my husbands but i always pay on the same clubcard plus account..not sure how you would get a different clubcard number if you live alone?

I have used in laws vouchers to order days out etc online and their voucher codes were accepted with no problems.
Their surname is different from mine as well.
I think as long as the vouchers are only used once all will be ok.
Try them if they dont work give them back if they do work pay her for them.

Sign up for a new email address using Yahoo or Google - really easy. I've got both :rotfl:

When you sign up using your new email address (see above!) when it comes to the part where it asks you for your clubcard number - just say you haven't got one and you are given a new 'Virtual' one.

I've been doing my weekly shop on line for a couple of years now and been using the Tesco Codes Only - No Chat thread to get codes for almost as long. I've been having real trouble for a while getting any codes to work. I've seen people mention that you can have up to 5 accounts. Anyone know how to set a new one up? Do you need a separate email address? I only have 1 email account.

I just placed an order with tesco's, i used one of the voucher codes on here at the checkout to receive £10 off my shopping.

When the order arrived i never got the £10 off so i phoned tesco's and they said that because i got the code from a third party website its not possible for me to use it. They then went on to claim that this is illegal and that codes are only send to customers as gestures of good will.

I contested that they cant say at the point of confirming the order that i will get £10 off and then decided not to give it to me. But i got nothing out of them, other than an offer to come and collect my shopping.

where do i stand?

Why don't you try phoning again and speak to a different cs operator? They haven't a clue what to say to customers who make queries from my experience and you get different reaxtions and answers from each one. You might be lucky but don't say you got it from a 3rd party website etc! Worth a try...
