My mum applied for this on 09/02 (not an existing customer) and it's tracked in today.

Mine, done on the same computer, using the same method (no software changes), done when this first came out never tracked.

How long did it take to track and did she set up online banking? if so when did she do that as I just funded mine from my halifax to the account number so far.
    Thanx

Like I say, applied on the 9th, tracked today (11th). No online banking as far as I know & no funds have been added yet.

Tried to open one of these yesterday, but it wouldn't let me due to my credit rating !

Yes, i've had bad credit in the past (now glad to say we're on the straight and narrow and don't owe anyone a bean!), but it's only a savings account for gawd's sake ! Opened an Alliance and Leicester one yesterday too with no problems whatsoever (tracked already :T ).

Hi, I did this as an existing customer and it has not tracked.

I need to put in a ticket to Quidco but it asks for details and I am not sure what people have used.....the account number of the online saver? or just your email ?

Not sure what to include on the form. Would be grateful to hear what others have put on it as I have not had to do one before.

    Thanks

When i put ticket in for A+L E-Saver, i put account no of the E-Saver in as the reference.
  • I've just applied for this but been declined :(

It said due to my credit rating but i didn't think that mattered for a savings account :(

Happened to me too Jemima but I've managed to open an Alliance and Leicester one no problem. I too, can't fathom for the life of me why a credit rating matters for a savings account !!!! If they don't want my money, then someone else can have it. I was going to spread my savings across the two accounts (A & L and HSBC) but A & L will get it all now !
