Still not tracked mine, it's been over a week.

Applied for both A&L and HSBC today via Quidco.
Will wait to see when they start tracking.

Mine tracked without depositing 1.00, :j does anybody know whether 1.00 has to be deposited in order for the 20.00 to be validated and paid.

No idea. But for the sake of depositing £1, is it worth the risk of losing the £20 ? Well, do ya feel lucky ?

Just the pain of having to subsequently phone HSBC up on a chargeable number in order to set up online banking in order to move the 1.00 back out. _pale_

Phone them on this number, then you wont be charged, unless you call from a mobile:

I'm an existing HSBC customer with online banking.

If this tracks it will be officially the easiest £20 I have earnt. Took less than a minute if you exclude the time it took for me to get my login details

I will of course return to the thread to say if its tracked or not.

Still waiting here after now 13 days, will put a claim in to quidco on 12th which is when its saying I have to wait till. I don't know why its the 12th as thats 16 days.

I'm not very happy that its not showing as tracked, more so because the last few things I have done through quidco have not tracked more untracked than tracked. If it doesnt get resolved I won't use the hsbc account as from reading on here there seems to be much more people saying they havent had theirs track than the ones that have.

I didnt set up the online banking but put the deposit in from my halifax account online.

They're not brilliant at sorting problems out nowadays. Some people wait many months before they even respond to them. You must be lucky if you have had a fast response.
