my husband's friend tried to use his new tesco voucher at warwick castle at the weekend and was told he can only get the old style pass, not the new-style which would include legoland.

Oh no does that mean it isn't actually a merlin pass at all with all the legoland etc parks included??

Just got my vouchers through today but will send them back and use extra clubcard points and spend more to get into the extra parks if I can't use them for everything.

I could really do with my Feb vouchers coming asap as i'm a few quid short of being able to buy 2 and i really want to be able to use them in March when we're in London. Saying that, i'd be happy to wait if it guarantees me the extra admission to Legoland, Sealife and Dungeons as that could be useful!

The merlin page says the new passes are not available until the 9th February which is tomorrow so we should get a definate answer then.

So presumably the prices increase tomorrow as well then! Looks like i'll be paying the extra few quid which is a shame. Still a good deal though.

Yes. If your voucher is still within the 6 month validity date of issue, then this is still valid for redemption at any of the following attractions: Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK, Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo, the London Eye, Madame Tussauds and Warwick Castle. Attraction entry for this pass are for the attractions state previously

Can I exchange this voucher for a NEW Merlin Annual Pass?

Yes you can, when you visit one of our attractions, for a £15 upgrade fee we will issue you with a New Merlin Annual Pass.

I phoned tesco tonight as I had ordered my vouchers yesterday. They have already put them in the post today so I couldn't change my order. However they have said I can send them back with a covering letter and the extra points needed and they will exchange them for the new voucher which is released on Monday. Just wished I'd waited a few days more though now.
