  • Sorry to hear that she failed boredofbeingathome :( I hope he had far to walk! That's awful. Will she be trying again? It's so hard as you just loose all motivation for it. I have been learning for nearly a year and it just gets sooo much. Especially when you see so many lunatics out there and you know that you can drive better than them. :( I hope I don't get the first guy again...he was horrible. The second one wasn't so bad. Thanks for the good luck from both you and Ellidee. Not many people know that I am retaking it again so soon after I failed last time, thought it easier as nowt worse than everyone going oooooh what a big shame! My brother knows and has asked if I pass that I keep it quiet from my dad and surprise him on Saturday when I go down and see them! That would be funny!
I am still waiting to hear back from Abbey about my card application, I hope they hurry up! My fella is going away tomorrow night and will be away for a week and a half...I am gonna miss him! But me and Emily will be able to slob out a lot more so that's a bonus! :D Gonna try and get an early night tonight and try and get a good nights sleep. I have to do the dam washing up first through...rubbish! I can't wait to be debt free and get me a dishwasher...yay! One day! xxx

  • Good luck for tomorrow. I'm sure you'll be fine.

......HE might even recognise YOU from your TV appearance and ask for your autograph :)

Tell him you wouldn't want to name and shame him on your next national television appearance and see what reaction you get from him

  • Well.......had a nice examiner today and still failed :( What makes it worse is he said once I overcome my nerves I will make a brilliant driver. I was doing the dreaded reverse around the park car again and then I got worried and decided to start again. I then stupidly started the car without checking it was in neutral and it was in first gear. So it shunted forward. The was a fail :( I am soooo gutted it's unreal. Oh well back to booking the next test....ho hum...

Sorry to hear that Donna. I was the same, kept failing on maneuvers through nerves and never got a minor on anything else.
I passed fifth time so don't worry :)

  • Thanks Gemmzie. It's soooo infuriating...or however you spell it! My instructor said that he had a student like me once and she took some of those Kalms tablets before and was fine and swore by them. I dunno about them, worry that I would become too relaxed and screw up! Just gotta keep on at it I suppose!
