Well...went to the Dentists yesterday and they have said that I need to have the start of a filling put in just to be on the safe side and that they are gonna charge me £44 for the priviledge...Grrrrrrr :( Was gutted to say the least! Has not been my week this week! Oh well, best to get it sorted sooner rather than later, just gutted at the cost. Will be finding more bits for ebay later to try and cover the cost. Least it is a one off cost I suppose. I really need to examine my eating habits and make sure that I start taking better care of myself. I haven't been too well recently and think it stems from stressing about stuff, which in turn makes me eat cack! Talking of cack, I is soooo cacking myself now as have been told that today is the day I have to go and do a 300ft bungee jump. I am sooooo scared, don't really want to do it but hey! Sure it will be fine....I hope! xxx

Wow Donna you are brave ! I am in awe of you. The most scarey thing I have ever done is to fly in a 2 seater light aircraft. Good luck and hope you enjoy it. X

  • Phew! Back home and in one piece too...bonus! I was cacking myself up there! Was a bit gutted as took blimin camera and batteries were dead, tried to get DD to take pics with my camera phone and she said 'I took loads as I hit the discard button after each picture to save it!' as she thought discard meant save?!?!? Oh well, so ended up buying a dvd of it for £15 and the quality when I got home and checked it out, was cacky none the least! Also spent £5 on food and the £20 in Asda on mainly cat stuff and a few other bits of food which won't really amount to anything. Feels like such a waste. :( Gonna get an early night as going for a run in the morning. I may need to try and get a cheapo pair of trousers as the one pair of jeans I can fit into are about to split so need to get something very cheap to wear. Trainers getting holes in too so need to look for new ones. Emily could do with new clothes too....so hard when you have kids to deal with as well as yourself. Have got hardley any money left for the months food wise. Have nowt left for anthing else. Tomorrow am going to...
Go for a run for at least 10 miles
    Tidy up downstairs
List a few bits on ebay
Work out outgoings for SOA and cards etc too
    Do a load of washing
    Meal plan for the week
    Pop to the shops
Hope you are all ok...will try the abbey card again as keep loosing the webpage!
Hope you are all ok...think I need to get to bed asap as falling asleep as I type! xxx

    Hey Donna
You are mad to be doing a bungee jump...you crazy lady! Don't you just hate it when your budget is all going in the right direction and you seem to be on top of things....then something happens, or you spend money you didn't want to and back to square 1. Ive had a crappy week and feel really demotivated. Making sure that this week is far better and hope you had a good run today...??
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...
  • Heya Sallyx! It was completely INSANE!!! I don't think I have ever been so scared in all my life! Yep, I know what you mean about the budget thing...it is so tough when you are being so good and everything is going your way, then all of a sudden, you have to spend money that you didn't plan to and you feel it is all going out of the window. I hate it and it is so hard when you have kids too as they need things all the time and hate you having no money as well. It is very tough. I hope that this week goes better than the last...run went ok earlier but I was mega shattered afterwards. Righteo, I am gonna have a cup of tea, put some more washing on, hoover up downstairs and then gets some bits on ebay before chilling out for the evening! xxx

  • God how hard is to try and find this thread...?!?!?!

Donna, if you are reading, i saw a white board in tesco for £1.

They have loads of £1 bargins for house hold items such as scouring brushes and clothes etc.

I noticed in the office section that they have them for £7ish but then i noticed the cheapo ones for £1 and thought of you.

might do it myself so i can see it all coming down....

Hi hots (!) you could suscribe to the thread. If you click on thread tools which is in the bar at the top of the page it gives you the option to subscribe. Then when you want to check the threads you follow click on quick links and another drop down menu appears and near the bottom is subscribed threads. Hope you get what I mean lol.:D
    Donna sorry for hi-jack.
