  • Thanks Sallyx! I am soooooo nervous! I have got so fed up of lessons, started learning last March and in that month I did an intensive course of 20 hours in a week and have had so many since March, but I did have to change instructor and had a few months off in the summer. Big mistake! It has cost a fortune, but every year the prices go up so just want it over with.

  • Good luck on your test Donner... Try and visualise the whole test from start to finish in a positive outcome to keep your focus on being positive and not negative and if you feel panicky make sure you keep you breathing calm i.e make sure your out breath is longer than your in breath to keep you calm and relaxed.

Other than that good luck x
  • Thank you everyone! Can't believe it is test day AGAIN!!! Feeling very nervous which is frustrating as when am in the car with the instructor I don't get like that...well the first few minutes are maybe but that is just because I have to get used to it! It's been harder as I haven't had a car to practice in between lessons. Oh well, will give it my best shot and that is all I can do.

Was gonna come on here for an update last night but feel asleep watching the footie and didn't wake up till 12! So went straight up to bed. Have had my second credit report through and all seems ok apart from a couple of typos where people have called me Doona and not Donna...muppets! I have decided that tomorrow I am gonna apply for the Abbey card. I have tomorrow off due to a Dentist appointment so took the day as holiday. Meaning the the after school club money for tomorrow will go straight off of a card. It is only a few quid but better than nothing! Tomorrow I am also gonna get my SOA up together and get it on here. I have been putting it off for ages and need to get it sorted. Only problem is knowing my wages and can't find out till February payslip :( One thing which has cheered me up is the fact that after contacting Virgin about the whole phone / mobile / broadband thing seems like they have put me on their 3 for £30 deal meaning that I am saving an extra £9.50 per month which is fab! Basically they used to bill my mobile seperate, but after I noticed the deal, they ahve wrote to me to say that by changing I will be tied into another 12 month contract but at least there won't be any disruptions to my services and I ain't gonna be moving anywhere! Martin had advised I try Plusnet as they are about a tenner per month, but after checking out their website I noticed that you cannot use VPN (geeky computer connection thingy) which I need for work, so wouldn't be any good...but hey! I have gone one better meaning that I get my Broadband for £8.50! Yay me! As with the phone rental and mobile costs mean that the Broadband has dropped! That is fab news...but I am gonna call them just to confirm it is all ok. By cancelling the cable TV and changing offers, mean that my bills will be £30 a month less! Faberooooooo!
Anyhoooos gotta get back to work! That is if I can concentrate! Take care all back soon! xxx
