I had a long chat with my dog and she decided she didn't like it as the moist chunks were quite dry. She dictated what I should write in the 15 or more words to claim the money back.

I think that if I were doing this I'd have commented something like "woof woofwoofwoof woof grrrrrrrrrrrr wooffff..." (etc). May as well give the people in the processing centre a giggle....
