Same here so I have emailed the person from Highland spring, Anna McDonald, saying we had been promised £3.48 and how disappointed we were only to recieve £3.15.

They had a hoarding for this outside Somerfield too - but didn't have the flashed packs inside

You don't need a stickered pack for the Comfort Pearls TMF!!! The T&Cs were posted (by yours truly ) a couple of weeks ago, you just need the barcode, the address to send it to has been posted.

And regarding Highland Spring, those who got the refunds, your refunds were probably processed before mhoc and I emailed Anna last week. Try emailing her again and explain you weren't refunded the whole amount, I'm sure they'll give you the rest.

I posted this a couple of weeks ago, and there was only a few packs available in Tesco but if the barcode is sent with receipt, up to 20 words about what you think and item ringed in pen on reciept, you should get a postal order for up to £2.39 from them.
