You must have time & if you don't have time ask someone to do it for you, I'd arrange an appointmnet for you. my other tip is for WHEN (not if) you go is to start off by saying "this is really embarrassing..." makes the next bit easier to say imho.

Get it arranged before this thread is at 300 pages etc!
