Very many congratulations RachyClaire!:T I'm really thrilled it all went so well and that your parents and bf turned up to surprise you too. You've achieved something to be truly proud of and I really do hope ALL those who sponsored you will pay up!

4 weeks to go until my Race For Life! My FIL is still with us & having a rest from chemo. Everyday is a blessing! He hasn't been so well lately, but we still get good days! Hopefully many more to come!

Hi again Kirsty, I was only thinking last week that it couldn't be too far way now.
Good to hear your FIL is having a break for the chemo and I suppose we have to expect that some days won't be so good for him, a shame nonetheless. Still, so long as, through it all, he still enjoys good ones too.... that's the most important thing.
All the very best Kirsty, I expect we'll hear from you again before the day, but just in case - I really do hope it's a great day for you and that your FIL is able to enjoy it too and to see you raise the money for such a worthy cause!
Love, Sue. PS. Congratulations on quitting the cigs! :A Thanks Sue for your lovely reply!:A
My FIL was in hospital last week, he keeps getting blockages, causing extreme pain & vomiting. He's still suffering now. Fathers Day is on Sunday, & we feel so blessed to still have him with us.
He has to see the consultant on Monday, so hopefully something can be done. It's horrible to see him suffer so much.
I've been brave this week & nagged people at work for sponsors! I've nearly reached my target! :j :j £412 raised so far!:j :j
