Back from the sale.
In the big store I got ted baker stuff for £1.50, so not bad. Wouldn't have paid more than that really.
In the small store, they had bits and bobs at amazing prices: ROC retinox night sets for £3, Roc neck lifting cream for £0.50, Olay total effects moisturiser + travel samples for £1.50, boots gorgeous feet set for £0.80, skin doctors capillary clear for £1. The clearance section was at the back of the store because the SA was still marking the prices down. Great haul!! Gifts for my mother and my mother in law sorted!!!
I'm just sharing this with you not to make you envious, but for you to look out for the small stands hidden in weird corners of the store. You won't find the same stuff, but there may be things worth buying.0 -

Canterbury store had very little left - Ted Baker sets, and Lynx with the magazine offer, a couple of calendars and some pink bath salts.
I bought one each of the Ted Baker and the Lynx, as cheaper than buying the stuff during the year.
I also used my skincare vouchers, buying a TD daytime moisturiser, added Trevor Sorbie condtioner for DD, 250 extra ACM points and earned another voucher.
Olay creamy face wash, added the fragrance free 3 minute face mask, sel £1.39, but goes through as 94p, with 100 points ACM, and earned another skincare voucher.
I use the TD stuff, but there was nothing left under £10 or so, so I took the advice of the very helpful assistant, and had two packs of Sanctuary wipes. They were keeping a stack on the shelf behind the tills to offer to all those customers including me who were trying the L'Oreal wipes and finding they didn't go though!
I am not going to the Wincheap store!! I'm off to do some gardening instead! It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
If anyone is looking to use their £5 vouchers up don't forget the Sanctuary masks (moisture boost) £1.79 each or 37p for 3 with the voucher. The can be found on the top shelf of the minatures section not with the other sanctary stuff.0

I've just got back from the 90% sale and managed to pick up a couple of bits. This was in the London Colney store. If you were thinking of going there they've now put the sale stuff at the ends of the aisles at the back of the store. Not a huge amount left. I picked up a couple of the Lnyx packs as my husband uses them and at just over a £1 they're cheaper than being the spray alone.
Lovely SA again who even offered to carry my one bag to the car. Bless her.:A I did have my baby girl with me and I think the SA was captivated by her.
I also managed to use all my £5 skincare vouchers. Phew! :T'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'
Proud Mummy to two gorgeous miracles.:j0 -
Please will someone tell me if the over 60's 10% discount applies when you pay with points?
Also, does it work with Boots electricals?0
