Went to Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird store today they had loads of Elle sets, the ones in the little bow bag thing. Loads of Lynx with the mag deal, Ted Baker with the speakers and Ted Baker with the Travel clock, Bratz pink box thing, looks like and ipod can connect to it, bart, Donkey and Tranformers bubble bath.
My mum managed to grab a teddy for 60p and a dove mini type thing at 5p. They also had loads of witch, Loreal and T-zone stuff down to 50p - £1.
Looked like anothr couple of MSErs were in, a lady with pink wellies buying Elle sets and a man raiding the TB sets and Loreal stuff too."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." — Marilyn Monroepinkladymel wrote: »she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic:D

I went to Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh this morning...wasn't going to bother but I needed a packed lunch. They had an aisle of 90% off stuff...the Bratz speaker vanity cases, Ted Baker sets, lots of kids bubble bath sets, gift wrap and tags, bath crystals and some other bits and bobs. I bought a Bratz case (down to £1.50) for my daughter to keep her CDs in, a Ted Baker set (£1.50)because I needed a new alarm clock anyway and three Bratz cosmetic bracelets at 60p each for party gifts. Got my lunch and four Sanctuary minis to use up the last of my £5 skincare vouchers...at this point she gave me another £5 off voucher, of course......
Am I the only person who's lost the will to live over these vouchers, thus not worthy to be called a real Bootser? I have a drawer of wipes, brighteners, polishers and Gawd knows what else at home, all free, enough to last me and my immediate family all year....and it's only the end of January. I could go all year without buying anything else from Boots apart from shampoo. Yes it's nice that it's free, but what do other people here DO with all of this stuff???????????Val.0 -

I was there about 9.30, but didn't see anyone else in the reduced aisle. When were you there?Val.0 -
Forgot to mention earlier that dotted all around the shelves downstairs are reduced items. For example with the basic range some of the shampoos had clearance stickers on them for 10p. I got some pantene shampoo & conditioner for 25p each. You need to look along the shelves where the actual products are.
Also there are lots of Olay regenerist scrubs for £6.50 to use with the £5 skincare voucher. There was also a whole shelf of TD wipes although not much else. HTH'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'

How frustrating; my small store has reduced No7 items but no No7 highlighters, and the bigger store has the No7 highlighters but no cheap items to go with them  .
But did manage to get a TB speaker set for £1.50, which will make DS happy to go with his iPod, and is excellent value just for the toiletries, right? And I also got a very cute Mediterranean purse with two items in it for only 50p. Result
!! I picked up a Glitterbabes clock from the Clearance section, but manager told me it was still £4.50 and NOT reduced further. Perhaps she fancied it herself...
Few days ago I went to get the Expert Baby Wipes and handed over the PC coupon, computer said no. SA looked at it, called manager, she looked at it and both came to the conclusion I had bought the right item for the coupon, so they overrode the till and basically took off the cost of the wipes so I got them for FREE. In hindsight, I guess the till said no as they were already on BOGOF.
Also got the Olay Regenerist Cream Wash for £6.50 using £5 skincare voucher. Handed over the 300pt AC voucher, till again said no. Manager agreed I bought the right product and added pts manually. Diff manager today said they shouldn't have done that as you cannot combine offers and pointed to smallprint on skincare voucher. I think my store is a bit clued up and have programmed their tills accordingly!!
Still have some Highlighter vouchers to use up, but will wait for next round of glitches and for .com points to be added to card first.

Does anyone know if the No7 highlighter below has been reduced anymore from £4?

I like to 'spend' them, get as much as possible without actually spending extra cash, then put them together for charities - Whoever asks me to do a basket usually gets one. I'd rather give a gift that can be raffled for more money that give money myself. Also, if I'm honest, I love making the baskets/boxes up with nice cellophane and bows - It alls helps when trying to sell tickets for raffles etc.
I just don't like to see 'money' being thrown away... I've got 4 vouchers left and I'm determined to spend them today!!!0 -
