i also had a jobsworth yesterday, as i used all my skincare vouchers one after the other, i think it was 16 in total, there were loads of TDstuff left, but she commented on getting it all for free, so i commented on why give out the coupons then, she just looked at me with an evil glare, then as i left she called over some bloke to go through all my vouchers, i left quietly and quickly before i exploded and told her that her amy winehouse eye make-up looked ridiculous (it suits some people but defo not her)
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D

Does anyone know if you can exchange skincare products in Boots if the box is unopened? I used my last £5 voucher yesterday as I didn't know whether I would be able to get back to Boots by Tuesday. I wanted the TD eye brightener but they didn't have any so got line smoother cream instead. If I can get to another Boots on Tuesday I would like to exchange it if possible (and if they have any!).

I don't think you can exchange skincare products anymore. Boots are getting really strict about returning stuff. I tried to exchange a pk of boots own brand condoms:embarasse today- they are rubbish!! I got 2 pks and was returning the unopened one which still had the seal around it. I wanted to exchange it for a pk of durex, but supervisor was called and she said I couldn't exchange them as they are classed as medicines:rotfl: she said I should contact CS if i am not happy about this. I don't know if I will bother though.

Cheeky so-and-so! It's none of her buisness what you 'spend' your vouchers on. I bet she was jealous 'cos you had so many.

If boots were loosing money they wouldn't bring out so many vouchers. I'm sure only about 10% of customers actually redeem their vouchers anyway - the rest throw them away (I know this 'cos I've found a few;) )

I was in Boots today to use the £5 skin care voucher. The advantage machine gave me a coupon for 300 points with Olay Regenerist. The cheapest item I could find was £6.50, so I paid £1.50 and they gave me £3 worth of points. In effect, they're paying us £1.50 to take the stuff away :-). And becaus you spend over £5, they give you another skincare voucher.

I checked if I could do this 3 times, and they said yes, so I ended up getting £4.50 in points, and 3 cleansers worth £6.50 each!

Did the points go on ok? I had to have them put on manually a couple of weeks ago. Ta

Had a good trip once again to Boots today.

    Not sure what happened but I tried the baby expert wipes glitch and ended up being paid £1.02 to take them away! :j This is what I bought;

    No7 lipstick £9.50
    No7 lipstick lock £9.75
    No7 illuminating powder £10.50
    TD wipes £3.99
2x baby expert wipes at £2.55

    Total to pay: £38.84

    3 for 2 No7 bought it to £29.34
Handed over the powder voucher, skincare voucher, PC expert voucher, ACM 100 points in expert spend.

Total then to pay was £8.73

Not sure what happened there and the receipt is a little unclear as it's really faded.
I know that there's the buy one get one half price on the expert wipes. I'm not complaining if they want to pay me to take their stuff away! :T
