tiamai, that's great! Hope it helps you have a fabby holiday but also don't forget for looking for discount vouchers etc for eating out, attractions etc.
Oh I've just threatened to make the male house members pee in a bucket outside if they don't start to aim better, sick of cleaning up pee off the floor, seat, front of toilet etc!
I will look for vouchers, and i am going to go down with loads of day out ideas, usually wejust see whats about and miss out on loads of great stuff. So anything good at Blackpool? :rotfl:
We have a window right above the loo and I have no idea how this happens, but a day or two after cleaning the window there are little spots of pee! What do they do? shake it? Is it because they flush it with the seat up (the seat btw doesn't stay up so they have to old it up - hehe!)
Boys are gross. When I'm rich I want a bathroom of my own. With heated towel racks, a huge roll top jaccuzzi whirlpool bath, a huge walk in shower with like, 8 showerheads spotted all over that turns into a steam room, a cute dainty wash hand basin, and all sorts of girl stuff. And soundproofed so no matter what, I can bath/shower/brush teeth etc in peace!
Oh Ashbart, it's the other end...0 -
for the boys in our house I'm tempted to get some of these

:rotfl: You okay to share your bathroom idea? I want one too!
Boys are gross - i've just sat here trying to figure out how on earth spots of pee ended up on your window.... I am truly stumped.Official DFW Member 716 - Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -
I gave up trying to figure it out and decided it was one of those 'Male Mysteries'.0

starting to wish it was bed time here. Charlie is still being good, but he is so demanding of my time and energy, and wants me to sit on the floor with him all the time.
I managed to get the rest of my washing in off the line and on the airers somehow. Tea is underway, but i am feeling quite shattered again.
I am just having a cuppa and a proper sit down while he his happy to play by himself for a while.
I have scared myself by writing a list of all the work deadlines i have in the next 34 school days. Worse than that, that means we have 8 weeks to sort out our old room ready to move back into it to get the MFI fitter to fit the wardrobes. It's giving me a headache just trying to manouvere it in my head, and i'm not even the one who is going to be decorating. I guess we are just going to have to try and make every minute count, so we will have to do some more stuff for it through next week. Like finish off the last bits in the bathroom for a start.
poohbear hope your arm is ok. Glad everyone is helping you
tia can i have one of those bathrooms too, complete with constant running hot water, and a maid to keep it fresh and sweet smelling, with warm fluffy towels and no man things
You lot thankfully are keeping me sane today - i am too social and hate being without adult conversation.
Michelle, x
ashbart another flylady wedding?? What with the wedding fair, or is it just for a day out? I loved going round them when we were wedding planning.0 -
Hi cha97michelle - yes, our wedding is being planned for July next year. No doubt, you will all hear loads about it before then, with all of the stresses it has already caused me....
Rach - congrats, hope you're having a fab day! Might need your help over the next year and a half.......! Ash xxOfficial DFW Member 716 - Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -

Afternoon all!!
No flying done today (again) The living room floor is covered in bits or pillow case my poochie is happily shredding.
I did manage to wash & vacuum the car! And poochie has had her walk. I'm back into my pjs and chilling until work this evening.
My only plans for the rest of the night are...dishes, clean up the living room floor, and dinner.
Hugs to Rach, hope its all going well

Morning
mattress toppers can't remember who was asking about them, but I've got one and I wouldn't be without it. Infact I've got a new double bed but a single MT and I ended up having to put it on cause I couldn't sleep on a normal mattress, great for your back, they're warm and extremely comfortable. If you can afford one, buy one!!!!
Sounds like a good idea, but looking at them I presume you couldn't use them with an electric blanket and I'm not sure I could face getting into bed without mine.0
