Oooh.. I have parcels in the front room I froggot about.. I'll go look at my new SHOOOOOOOOOES!!!!!!!!!!
yeah shooooooooooooes!!!!!! :j
What are they like? What are they like?? I've been BANNED from buying any more shoes... even though next have a totally awesome pair of knee high boots for only £45 and they fit! So tell me, I have to live through you now!!!! :T:T:T0 -
Just tried to read through some more, ended up being 'in demand' when I'd 'been'. Posted tomorrows delightful things. DP has took the boys 'snow hunting' we don't have any, just lots of rain (with road flooding), but Consett etc has loads, so he's conned his brother into going so they can take the 4x4 up (he turned up in trainers and a tshirt, fool! there isn't a chance the kids will let him just sit in the car), kids are just dyng to go out on the sledge so he agreed to take them. Means I can go and collect the blankets for the dog rescue in peace off freecycle which I will drop off later in the week.
LJD, big hugs from me aswell. I would suggest contacting one of the Admin team to ask for their help if needed, they are lovely.
pigpen hope the finger (and nail of course) are ok! I think you need your own persona shoe wardrobe/rack, then you won't fall over them so much
Michelle, I have absolutely no idea, maybe call the bank and see if they have any more details?
Mudbath & boddy welcome
mumofjusttwo, totally depends what model it is, if you have the make and model number I might be able to find a manual for you, those should be somewhere on the appliance. Older models have a well at the back usually the icky stuff goes in to, usually not removable, mine I stick my hand in (carefully) with some kitchen roll to mop it up. The bit hole at the back of the fridge I also soak up any excess with kitchen towel or a very absorbant cloth I have.
Pink Fairy the other girls are right, please take care of yourself, not much use to anyone else if you don't! Have you tried the local Carers Support, Parent Partnership etc (sorry if you're well past this stage but can't think of anything more constructive at the mo) I know so many families who have the post 16 hassle, fingers crossed something is sorted soon. Hugs for your DD too, I've had a few of those, not pleasant. One day I might be more organised...........

Pink fairy -I hope things go well for your DD tomorrow. Hugs to you and to your DD.
My HHC went well, emptied washing machine, loaded it again, cleaned a big mirror and cleaned mud off porch door. Also took dog for quick walk, very quick as it's freezing out there.
DD is in from her sports after school club. DS needs picking up later. He's got his first outdoor proper football coaching and I think it will put him off for life as it's freezing rain here. Oh well, he had to try it!
Going to put food on. Can't wait for their bedtime tonight but it seems a long way off!
Pigpen - I love the look of those boots but think I must be abnormal as I only own two pairs of shoes and one pair of boots (and they all leak!).0 -

Hi all,
Can I be excused boots today? Have had a very minor procedure at the docs but seem to be reacting to the local anastetic/adrenaline stuff they used. Feel spaced out and twitchy so am doodling around in my PJ's looking useful but in reality just doodling.
Might clear my desk and do some filing, and make a to do list for tomorrow. Or could play with the IKEA planner for our bedroom.
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.0 -
Pigpen - slippers / shops ???? I don't think i'd better ask.
Mum on a mission - I really hope you feel better soon. I get that wierd adrenaline reaction and i'm never sure if I like it or not.
I'm off to get my DS now. When do we get the list for the next day? I know i'm eager but I can already see a small difference. My husband will be totally shocked when he comes in from work.0
