I Agree posters doing end dates are marvels & I thank them so much because I miss loads & appreciate their hard work. Having said that agree if posted too early b4 end date, some may be missed, & I have got confused with early postings some 10 days away. Decided will not look at more than 2 days b4 Ending.
Oh dear. great peeps, great site, sad gripes. but please what is form for posting end date. is it like 01/01/08 or not, please advise.

The correct way to put the end date is this:
E: xx/xx

FYI - the technical team are now looking into the subscribed daily email issue. Shouldn't be too long and it will be fixed.“We are not interested in the fact that the brain has the consistency of cold porridge.” - Alan Turing (1912-1954)0

I think i've got totally confused with all the talk of bickering (dont' worry not going to start that part of the thread up again! lol)
I just haven't seen any! I like it here, and don't feel got at if I post a comp that has been posted before, and find people very friendly and helpful.
Hopefully everyone who isn't feeling that way can get back to feeling that soon
Most boards go through little hiccups like this fairly regularly so it's all par for the course.
And if I offended anyone with my post asking where all the bickering was going on, then sorry! lol

I am very new to to this so please forgive me! I have just received a call to say that I had a chance of a £300 makeover-in Covent Garden!!! :j How fantastic I thought, I've not been entering comps long and I have won a fab prize. The lady gave me all the spiel until she said VERY QUICKLY that I would have to pay £49 for the photo. Then the killer:huh: I would have to pay £99.98 upfront by credit card to reserve/hold (refundable if I turn up on the fixed appoitnment) my 'appointment' and then she said what was the expiry date on my card!! I can't tell you how disappointed I feel. From thinking I will look fab for once in my life to feeling well a bit rubbish. There were so many people in the background it sounded like a call centre and not someone ringing from there office in Covent Garden. :embarasse When I said that I would have to speak to my husband first before parting with £100 it all started to get a bit frosty. She will hold the possible chance of the makeover until tomorrow but no later. And to think I stopped my twins bed time story to answer the call:embarasse Has anyone else heard of these people? It has kind of put me off entering comps if this is what happens.0
