Exactly some people really need to chill all the BG are keeping this forum going and tbh it does not need anyone else saying please do not chat here etc etc etc

Do not keep to good and do not need people chasing me,pming me or chasing around telling me not to speak on a comp thread we were updating and it was no problem to the BG or they would have said.

everyone take a deep breath, now think of competitions, think of a time when you found out an answer that was bugging you, think of the excitement of finding a really awesome prize an dreaming that you might win, think of when you logged into your email and there was wem waiting for you, think of when an unexpected package dropped through your letter box, (or you had to go out in the the cold and rain to the sorting office to pay extra postage on a dvd!)

I claimed for entries to GMTV comps that I paid for through BTClick. I was expecting a couple of pounds but they refunded every entry = £13.50.

Im not quite sure whats been happening, but maybe someone could clarify what should be happening here?

I assumed that you find a comp, check the search facility and if you dont find anything (after searching a few different options) you post. If you know the answer, you post it unless the comp organisers have asked you not to, which, should be quoted in the post so that other compers know. In the main title you need to put an end date, if known, and also, although not necessary, if its an email/under 16/text etc comp.

If there is a comp that doesnt have an answer, and no message saying not to post the answer, if someone else knows the answer they can then post it.

If the search facility didnt work (either because the comper didnt use the right words, or it just isnt working) someone could then post to say, this is a duplicate, check this post - i dont think thats being rude, just helping compers who might have already entered beforehand. Someone could also ask for a comp to be deleted, or merged.

So people can tell if they have already entered a comp, they only need to press the thanks button, then they can see at a glance if they have already entered - this saves bumping comps to the front page and also helps you check if you have entered a duplicate competition.

I cant think of anything else, and i could be wrong (please reply if i am, i wont mind!!!) but surely if people do this (and if there is anything ive forgotton, please post) the thread should run smoothly???
