all this bickering is geting silly amongst the compers I'm sure I speak for all of us when i say all we want to do is enter competitions with no bickering:rolleyes:

Looksl ike you need to 'prove' what they ripped you off by, in order to get £££ back.. though surely they must know what numbers rang in, and just do a credit back to the phone? or at least a text saying sorry / giving details what to do, in case you forgot / could not trace hat costs were incurred

(eg, on a PAYG phone, there is no supporting statement you could send off..)
