    I@m not sure if it's mentioned on this thread (or another Chrimbo one) but Woolies has some cheap Chrimco bits and bobs at low prices eg lights £5 and wrap 50p I got some sets of 3 small plastic plates, red santa shape or green chrimbo tree shape and they were 50p a set would be nice with some mini toiletries or something homemade on them!

    It's scary to me as I've just been looking at money _pale_ Looks like the budget will be slashed again...time to get crafty :rolleyes:
    Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
    Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    My advice would be dwindled down the list to the bare minimum of people to buy for, like immediate family.

    Anyone else is just getting a card and a lottery ticket from me!Like friends, and far flung family members.

    That's something I could do tonight, turn out the cupboards and find what presents I have for people. I did get two presents today. A laptop for DH and a college Filofax (proper one) for DS.
    Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

    This mornign I asked my butcher about ordering Xmas meat....he sighed & just muttered something about getting earlier every year & told me to talk to him about it in November:rolleyes:

    In England we have Mothering Sunday & Father Christmas, Mothers day & Santa Clause are American merchandising tricks:mad: Demonstrate pride in your heirtage by getting it right please people!

    My butcher starts a christmas club every August where you can save as much as you like and spend it all the week before christmas :D

    I have all the equipment to make earrings with beads, I would like to make some, to make money!!

    Does anyone have any experience in making earrings and have any clear simple instructions

    Any help will be fantastic
