It's really simple to make little gift boxes by recycling christmas cards. You cut down the crease to give you two bit of card, the bit with the writing on is the box and the picture makes the lid. Measure a ruler width in all round and fold up the sides, staple or glue into place. The lid will fit very snugly on top and you can make them to match your cards. You can also jazz them up with a bit of glitter etc.:snow_laug HM Christmas 2010

Or as an alternative, can anyone reccomend a site to d/l a template that i can write my own letter on then get someone to post for me??
Apologies if this is in the wrong place, i wasnt sure which board to put it on.
Many thanks

Can you type one yourself and post it to your son?
If you're not sure how to do it I'm sure that we could come up with a suitable template on here if we put our heads together. What does everyone think?Just run, run and keep on running!0 -

Rovaniemi is in Finland, on the Arctic Circle, and it's where there's a special Santa village.
This site does ones at 6.95 Euros including p&p. So probably works out at about £5

hi simba
i did them for my niece and nephew last year
i used 'word'
used pictures/graphics i found on the internet ( just copied and pasted mostly )
used a 'handwriting' type font
and that was it
very simple
i even put my other halfs mobile number in there, they then text(ed) him and he sent a text right back tellingthemthat he had received their xmas lists and would try and get some of the things they wanted made by the elves and delivered if rudolph was in a good mood - but only if they behaved.
they loved it and thanks to that still belive again this year!0 -
