I had been thinking long and hard on a reply to Viktory but Ampersand has done such a good job that there is no need to give my full response now. I wanted to respond fairly and A has fulfilled that task. If you chose to come back at us V, I would urge you to first spend some time looking at the original thread - Eviction Notice Served. It could take you a couple of days slog though! As you don't know the LL (I assume) or the HO of DBC (I presume) and weren't party to their decision making process, nor present at the Appeal Review, it is doubtful you speak from any true appreciation of what went on. You do seem to suggest that the Review Panel came to their decision out of 'bloody mindedness', to take revenge on MOT for the publicity stirred up by her MSE Family (not fan club). Now, if that were true, wouldn't you consider that an unfair way of deciding MOT's fate and definitely not in accordance with the Guidelines? Yes, you are entitled to express an opinion; even an opposing one but please, try to be fair and speak from a knowledge of the details and background. I've said my piece. Morning all,

Up at 4.58am and been ploughing through 365 emails to try and sort out email account - now filed or deleted and just 30 left in there to consider later.

Angel11 coming today to make various phone calls with me which is great - twice the work will get done:T .

BBC 3 counties wanted to interview me this morning but have had to rearrange for another day as I want to speak to solictor first to ensure that I can answer their questions with some certainty.

Glad to see that Gillian2h has managed to get onto the thread - thanks for your emails Gill!

So, today is ringing around for private rented properties, tracking down this ABC bond deposit scheme, ringing all housing associations, rearranging CAB appt through Drs surgery (easier than at their offices) and........???

Hi MOT,
So good to hear you planning the next steps. Some good may come from the BBC3 interview, you never know who is listening.
Just make sure you try and look after your health (plenty of vitamins), it's easy to get worn out when you are so busy and stressed.

OMG, logged off friday afternoon, come back this morning to find a new thread and 23 pages ! just taken me the last hout to catch up, and to be honest that was speed reading, apmersands post really stands out, what a lovely and VERY knowledgeable lady she is, and as for the magnificent seven perhaps we need a thread devoted just to thanking them!
MOT, you are the best mum the twins could ever wish for as we can all see so clearly from this and your previsou thread, I cant believe this has been going on for 5 months, you are soo strong to have been able to struggle through this mess, just keep your mind on the future and the happiness that must be just round the corner, if not this month then perhaps next. With IT by your side you are truly blessed.
