dont know if this has been entered before but your council will be able to send round a rent officier to any place u find and they will predetermine how much rent they would be willing to pay (at least this is what happened to my daughter) other councils have a calculator for housing benefits on their sites that let you know how much they normally pay towards your rent - hope this helps and sorry if it is a repeat postolympic challenge starting 7/1/07:j0

Hi MOT
I've only pm'd you a couple of times and put a few messages in your thread. I'm off work on Monday - I live in Milton Keynes and could come down to you to assist in any way I possibly can.
I can offer you £40 twds a rental property - i'm sorry its not more but its the month after crimbo and all. I have a car and can run you around to places - not sure if you have a car yourself. Certainly quicker than buses.
Please pm me back
You and the twins are in my thoughts always as you have been for the last few months.

Well your light's still on...(OK, it was when I started typing this post - good girl for getting some sleep!)
It's good to see you posting here and in good spirits, MoT. One thought: have you checked to see that you're getting the cheapest option on your storage? I don't know how much space that removal firm is charging you for (you say "four containers" but is that boxes or containers like the ones you see on the backs of 40-ton lorries? *g*) but I just quickly Googled for storage solutions in Hemel, and the very first one that came up (Blue Box) gives a monthly charge of £165 for 75 square feet, which they say is enough room for the contents of a 2-bedroom flat. The link to their size guide (and prices below) is here. I'd look for more, but I've been up since 4am and I'm falling asleep at the computer desk!I was cut out to be rich, but got sewn up wrong.0 -
Angel11 - that's a lovely offer, but please remove your em address from here, for safety's sake.

Can I please enquire what you are going to do about Dacorum BCs decision to NOT rehouse Julia Davies and her 2 children.
You are a democratically elected Member Of Parliament but when you were needed you were nowhere in sight, peut etre the Scarlet Pimpernel Syndrome as is often the case when the real people of a MP`s constituencey need there help.
You intimated to Mrs Davies that you would give your support in her quest fior rehousing, where were you? Could you please do something about this situation quickly as they only have one more week in there temporary accommodation to find somewhere else, for once make your mark and do what the folk of your constituencey voted you in for...work for THEM.

(know that feeling!)
.....is that mot will have to find the thick end of £1000 to remove things from her present storage regardless of next step.
This has happened to me in different, but still dire, circs.
p.s.I still enjoy your signature each time I see it.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Yes Ampersand will be at Nash Mills...will be keeping a close eye on this post...bet he bloody well cancels..they dont like meeting real folk face to face my MPs a twit...when I allowed my face to be used in local Domestic Violence Campaign he had the audacity to write to me and say I had frightened a few folk...course I frightened a few folk cos reality hits home, when will the MPs and there cohorts do something for the real folk and stop sanitising there intentions..Im all for a peaceful asking of questions lol ...a well constructed arguement is often just too much for them.
Best wishes
