Just wanted to say I am thinking of you. Going to offline for most of the weekend but will touch base on monday.

I think HB is wrong, I think it should be more like £800 per month for your area. That is full HB if it is reduced because of income/ maintenance / savings then it will be less, but I'm pretty sure 1 adult plus 2 kids over the age of one should be getting £800 a month.

That would tie in with the rentals you are seeing on rightmove ie its a little bit less, but a lot of people on HB do have to find a small top up.

I know I've said it before, but I'm sure a charity like CAP should have links with friendly landlords.

Don't get too excited there :rotfl:Seriously :rotfl: Parents are uk born and we came here when I was 9 so only Marewa school for me I still class it as home though and have been back since and keep in touch with friends and family but when you're married with 2 kids going for a hol is just not an option unless we emigrate :rotfl:
