I'm 25 and I still do this! :rotfl:
And for the record it was always knock down ginger darn sarf aswell.
We used to do several doors at once so all the neighbours would answer their doors at the same time and be out looking at each other! :rotfl: :T
It was never anything nasty and malicious. Just young kids having a fun time without hurting anyone. Shame more youngsters don't play it rather than hanging round street corners smoking and drinking! :rolleyes:0 -
Ultimate solution. Have some weird looking man chase after them proclaiming he is a paedophile. They'll never set foot within a mile of your house ever again.0

Mandles wrote:Oh kids that do this sort of stuff make me wild. I chased after one and had a right go as my little boy was really sick and ill and he woke him up.....i was mad! I live down a pretty good road as areas go and in the last 2 weeks have had egg on my car window (i had a note on my door saying please dont ring as baby asleep so little sods did this instead).Next i had a small ramp under my back wheel 2 days ago but i noticd before i got in car and an apple chucked in front garden.
We all have done naughty stuff in the past im sure but we knew an adult could clip us around the ear or the police give us a good telling off but now they are untouchale and the law lets them do whatever they like and no one can touch them and they know it so heres to the future(what goes around comes around) and i can see kids being even worse when these little horrors are grown up and have there own homes and nice cars!
My God!!!
It is a good job you saw the small ramp (?) before you set off. And as for the apple in your garden, did you inform the local police?S!!!!horpe0 -

Firstly, the doorbell ringer had just woken my sick son who had come out of hospital from having phneumonia days before so i think i should be allowed to be peed off! And yes, it was a good job about thr ramp as you have to park up on the pavement slightly down my road and i was inches away from a tree so they chose my car because it would have hit the tree because of the ramp !!
The apple was followed by the same chav kid gobbing in my garden and my neighbours every other day, crisp packets, mars wrappers , lolly wrappers and any old rubbish the school kids can find to chuck in the garden daily . Also didn't mention 4 of us that live down the roads car being keyed....and i should have but didnt call the police..
Apple sounds incredibly petty i know but sometimes something silly is the icing on the cake.Apples degrade i know and left would just disappear but thats not the point , its the disrespect for peoples property as it didnt matter what it was, could have been an old nappy for all they cared, its just the "finished with that lob it in someones garden that they have just spent a couple of hours cleaning and keeping nice". attitude.
Like to see stuff like this happen to you week in week out and see if it got to you!
I blame poor parenting half the time. My kids and other genuinly nice kids that i know are taught to put their rubbish in their pockets like crisp packets , cans etc(fair enough forget the stupid poxy apple) but other parents think its fine for thier kids to drop or throw rubbish wherever they like and let their kids do this .
I say teach kids to respect others and other peoples property and then maybe in the bigger picture they will respect the planet and help stop crapping it up for the following generations!0 -
id personally set up sprinklers and turn them on when they were about either that or be upstarirs with the hose pipe ready !!! :rotfl: :rotfl: (all in good fun ofcourse
!!)
