Tesco loophole Johnsons Baby Wipes 100 points for £3 spend

I will buy these as I am saving for an Open Uni course and the vouchers need to be in my name. My sister uses them and she has said she will buy them from me at £1 per pack meaning a £2 spend gives me £4 of my course. I won't buy a huge amount just yet.

This is a GREAT deal as far as I'm concerned. We always buy these wipes - and with 4 kids, we get through them quickly! The price you pay per pack, when you buy the 4-pack, is around the same price you pay in most BOGOF offers. We have spent no extra than we normally would, but managed to earn almost £100 towards our summer holiday. We've started topping up our points by using other people's discarded till receipts too! Thanks to whoever gave that tip some time back!!

If it is 'top notch' baby wipes you are after pop on to the boots thread and read the 'glitch' on boots baby expert range wipes. These are the best wipes in my view and I have a happy pile or two from the last time they were on a 'glitch' and think I paid 40 odd a packet - and extra points too.

And you have to remember if saving these points for a holiday through Tesco that the companies they have with deals are expensive and the same holiday will be found cheaper elsewhere and no discounts will be given with clubcard deals.

Will you consider how you sound ...... These very same wipes are on offer , a much better offer financially for most people at a different store. These are the same quality ,the same brand, cheaper.. But if cheap wipes don't suit you ??????? There are cheap wipes and there are inferior quality wipes. Also scented and unscented wipes.
Now I'm not a wipe expert but I do know that you can really get some good bargains if you keep your peepers open.

but there is for SOME people, i am collecting Tesco vouchers towards an OU course fee, you cna't get money of an OU course in any other way so the list value of say £100 is the price you would pay. If I collect £25 worth of tesco vouchers I can exchange them for £100 of OU deals and get my course that way.

Now I do have a toddler and I find that although I can buy cheaper wipes they make his bum sore (I take the point about the asda ones but I dont' have an asda nearby).

So stocking up on packs of the johnsons wipes which I will use anyway whilst they give away these extra points DOES in fact 'give' me 'free' vouchers to exchange for a monetry value.

I dont' get acutal cash in my hand if thats the type of profit you mean, but I certainly save myself having to find the actual cash to pay for my course! So at the end of the day my bank account has more money in it simply by buying a product I use anyway.

dont forget if you have a tesco club card credit card you get 2 points for every £ you spend at tesco too !
only a small amount but as they say every little helps

Yes, but if you dont actually have any cash to pay for a holiday, but you can get one by using Tesco Clubcard points, which in effect are for free, for doing your weekly shopping then you get a free holiday, which otherwise you would not have. I dont get all this Tesco bashing??!!?? No-one forces anyone to shop at Tesco - we all go there out of our own free will.

i got caught using the club card vouchers for hotel stays
they only work on rack rates which are far higher than the deals you can get for cash
BUT
if you use the vouchers for days out , theme parks , etc then they are great value as you get the same price as on the door .

I have just had a major Barny with Tesco Clubcard Deals. We wanted to book the 13/14th Feb away with Hilton Hotels, but when we rung, they advised us that there were no vacancies available for that date. On further investigation, it turns out that each Hotel only allocates a low number of rooms to Tesco deals, even if they have plenty of availability and even then, not on days of any popularity, then they'll try to pitch the full price room at you when your all deflated!!
So if you want a random midweek date in the middle of October, and you can book a year ahead, then it might be worth your effort.
