  • I still have a 1 night room to sell on for 30 quid (same price I got it for). April 29 to 30th. Please |PM me if interested
QUIDCO £2827 paid out since October 2007:D
  • Some people have suggested going to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen for breakfast. It is cheaper and nicer than the Hoxton fry up breakfast, or so I have been told. Only a short walk from the Hoxton. Will have to try that when I next stay at the Hoxton in March :)

Stayed at Hoxton fri night. They did not ask for my reservation number or any proof. I just had to swipe my credit card.
Really nice. Ate before 7 and food was only £7 so nat bad and food was very nice. Hotel room was immaculate. What a bargain!
We went to picadilly and ate at planet Hollywood too which was ok although anyone been in the loos there?..really wierd , lady in there with soap and rations handtowels and then you have to tip her(I have never ever come accross this in toilets of a restaurant before(loos were not even that nice!)

Thanks for posting that, as I have had problems with my emails so have lost my reservation number!

So when I check in I just tell them my name and present my credit card?

Yes, i should imagine that that would be fine. I was lateish(nearly 4.00pm) checking in so maybe that was a factor as they had telephoned my home to check that i was still coming and was told that i was on my way there. So i think they were waiting for me. Hotel was very busy that day.

Just back from Hoxton last weekend, people always ask about recommended restaurants in the area. There are loads to choose from but we used Furnace on Rufus Street and the Hoxton Grille at the hotel. Both were excellent, but preferred Furnace for the fantastic Fiorentina pizza, focaccia bread and olives, mmm.

The two times I've been to the Hoxton they have not asked me for the credit card I made the booking with. I just checked in, gave my name and they checked me off against their records:D

Me too, Both times I have booked in my name but its always been my other half whos picked up the key for our room!

We like to eat at the Hoxton Grille in the hotel,
they do £7 meals if you eat before 7pm.

There is a 'subway' just a short way down the road if you want a sandwich and a Tesco if you walk a little further.
Right over the road from the Hoxton there is a little shop which sells everything -
;) we always but our drinks there and take up to the room:beer:
