Managed to get booked too Never expected to get it - now I got to find a cheap way of getting from Scotland to London. Where are the Ryanair 1p flights when you need them ?

A note for anyone living on the East Midlands Mainline route (previously just Midland Mainline):

Megatrain recently changed their operator from Virgin XC (as it ceased to exist) to East Midlands Trains, so there may now be a cheap fare for you to get to London. Last time I checked they had tickets on Saturdays as well.

wow, i've just had a look at the photos on trip advisor. The hotel looks gorgeous! I'm so excited about our weekend away in March now

I didn't realise how close this was to where I work at 80 Old Street. As I do 2 hours each way travelling every day, I could have booked a few £1 rooms and stayed over.

This hotel is fabulous I managed to get 2 nights in December

I paid £1 for one night and £29 the next night it was great and the rooms are Lush, Also there are three computers in the lobby you can use FOC ideal if searching the internet for museums tube directions ect.

Also it is very close to Old Street tube station we found the location Brillant...

The bar downstairs does get very busy at weekends its kinda the place to be sort of place very popular !!
