Looks like you can also cancel rooms on their site yourself with your confirmation number, though you wont get a refund.
I ring them and amended my expiry date and cancelled the two bookings that I did by mistake! Lady on the phone was fine with it, so looks like ive done it for £1! Jobs a gud un! Fingers crossed anyway! :beer:0 -

I take it these rooms have all gone now?
Just got in and tried it but price coming up at £189 a night
PS If anyone has a room booked for 11th or 12th Feb that they don't need, or booked in error, please PM me “You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
A very annoying website, got through lots of times but plenty of excuses, server too busy and then got through to the terms and conditions and couldn't click on I agree, that happened 5 times and then it said terms and conditions not available, then they were and I agree wasn't grey, only black, and so on and so forth.... :mad:0

I tried and I failed,
Not too fussed though as I got a £29 room last year. Will try again next time.
Congrats to all who got a room0 -
Well done everyone who was lucky enough to get a room. No joy for me this time but i'll certainly be ready & raring to go again next time in the hope of a cheap room.
Hugs

This happened to some folks last time and the hotel let people keep one of the dates and cancel the other, as it was a problem with the site - so you should be OK, just give them a call.
Same happened to me. Thought my first attempt had failed so tried another date and ended up with 2 £1 rooms!!! Just rang to cancel one of them. I wonder how many rooms were 'lost' from the offer because of a dodgy website. I didn't realise I had 2 rooms until my confirmations came through.0 -
Really pleased as i managed to get one, going to order the Merlin Group annual passes (courtesy of Tesco) and take DS in Easter hols, can do London Eye and Madame Tussards all for £1 (ok so i need to get there too :P)
