i have a problem i wanted to stay for 2 nights one at a cheap rate and one at any higher rate.

i have now received a confirmation for 2 nights at £1.00 each. i do mot want this as i assume both bookings will now be cancelled.

    what do i do.

do i ring them up or is there a chance the booking will be honoured.

i could book another room for one of the nights at full price and se if i can cacell the other room for one night.

phone them up and explain it, I'm sure they'll sort it for you if you pay full price for one

You do know that the rooms are for 1 or 2 people only don't you?

Don't mean to p*ss on your bonfire like...!

terms and conditions say that an extra bed can be requested for a child. dd and i will share a double bed as she's only little . am leaving dh at home!

If you email them asking politely to change one of your booking they will be more than glad to do it, trust me they are a very very nice bunch!

    January Sale has Ended

All 1000 rooms were sold out in 27 minutes

Sorry, all the rooms for £1 and £29 have sold out.

Our website will be back up shortly but in the
meantime why not try to book over Easter?</B>

We have rooms from £79 for Good Friday,
    Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

    Be quick, they go fast!

Right that means I can finally go to lunch. Haven't bagged a room of course. C'est la vie.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH
  • Can I never win.

Last time tried for ages and got nothing.

This time I have got two reservations for the same day by mistake - as it crashed before I got an online confirmation , so they will probably get cancelled.

    Oh well.
