My laptop has just arrived, I've set it all up and noticed that it is actually a 1.60 GHz and not a 1.40 GHz which I had ordered :D

I added bluetooth and got the remote to push the price up.

Anyone else had an unexpected but more than welcome upgrade?

Sorry to butt in but i would advise the free version of AVG downloadable from link below. I have relied on this for years and never had a problem.

by checking the system details - go to 'control panel', 'system and maintenance', 'system' and you can then see RAM and processor speed etc.

    HTH

p.s. what's wrong with the free security software that comes with it?
