Why hasn't the discounts come off ?
Did you add an extra item to bring the price down, increase the hard drive to 160Gb? Look at the post to see what you can add. Price is now£316.08

I just tried it, seems ok. Change warranty, increase hard drive, go right through and add to basket then check price.

I found a review of the laptop and it indicates how much the battery extends. (pics are on the link)

The discounts seem to come off when you add it to your basket and reach the next screeen - then it shows the £60 shipping discount HTH

Hmm, i thought about it now and I can't really afford it. It's a want not a need so I can't do it.

    Cheers though.
  • can anyone advise what the difference is between the 1.4 and 1.6GHz processor? is it worth paying extra for this?

Also is it worth paying an extra £100 for the 2.0Ghz processor

The trouble with adding options is that it rapidly reduces the 'bargain'. If you want a better spec its probably better to get another laptop.

I ordered this last night after seeing it on UK Hot deals. I went for the remote and the TrueLife screen to bring the price up high enough so that it triggered free delivery. £310.20 for a laptop delivered is a good deal I think and I went via Quidco too so I get £13.20 back from them too - I'm a happy bunny!
