Best investment or saving you have made?

'Best' investments have to be

* All of the mutual building societies that have paid out thousands of pounds for just a £100 stake.

* Wesleyan SHP worth £20 that paid out a windfall of £100

* £100 worth of P/Bonds that paid out £1000 win

* All of my equity ISA's` that turned in mega profits around 2000/2001

* All of the government share privatisations during the 1980's

* Property investments since 1998 that have made me a millionare and able to retire early.

Not my investment but I met an ex work collegue in the street and he had retired with a small lum sum and I suggested putting 10k in premium bonds and he won 10k on the first draw.

art by banksy, vettriano and modern artists alike can't belive how much they sky rocketed! Some not doing so well though at present. All paid for and look great on my walls at home. Good job i sold most of them. Wish id have bought the banksy original when had the chance!

Also advised mates to buy one still has happy choppper which he bought for peanuts and is worth probably £10k or so.

Worst - Henderson equity and bond fund, King com shares could have sold them for £20 each at one point now worth 80p or something! I blame my dad though because i was only about 12 or something!

Future - some little known artists that i have bought into which i hope will become massive! Think ive bought the next alexandra nechita and hers sell for thousands!

Verry nice to see there are still people in here that give young talents a chance to make it in their lives.

Worst Investment Decision i made was not to sell CSR when the reached £15.00 got busy at work and home didnt check the share price for a few months on next log in the were aboy £8 bargain i thought... the rest is history...
