appealing budgie flights ripoffs?

I am just trying to appeal to Ryanairs better nature having bought 4 tickets in my name as the site allows you to autofill address which then goes back and changes your names printed on a previous page. This will be very costly to rectify at £210, (£70 per name). So although technically it is my fault for not checking confirmation details thoroughly (like an idiot I thought that because my name was the one booking the tickets it didn't matter too much that the tickets were all in my name), I do feel their site is mainly at fault for allowing already input details to be changed on previous pages!!! I will let you know if I have any joy. Has anyone else had the same problem, if so any luck with changing the names for a reasonable fee!!

BTW I was talking to an assistant operations manager at EMA yesterday and he says that the airlines are NOT charged per bag or weight for luggage, that would be an impossible task, they are charged a flat fee that is covered in the landing fees, etc.

ive noticed that easyjet are not as good as ryanair for prices, only good when they just come out, but the convenience is what makes me prefer ryanair as up to 2 weeks before i can get a rtn flight for £50.

if its ridiculously cheap u have to take some of the pitfalls that come with it, and in this instance its baggage. it still works out cheaper than BA who i feel are overpriced so dont use them.

They are in it for the profit as any business are BUT in the process some of it in beneficial and time saving to the consumer, ie, online check in.

I love folks who make 'mistakes' with their flight bookings and have to pay through the nose to get them corrected. It means my bookings are kept cheaper!

If you want flexibility when you fly you need to book an open ticket and they cost a fortune 10 years ago a company i worked for paid £900 for me to fly to Philadelphia. I flew BA and once there I changed my return flight 3 times at no extra cost. For cheap flights and budget airlines where costs are cut to the bone. you can't expect the same level of service.
I think these 2 are reasonable for charges - not the cheapest to fly with though
