I changed my email address on my Toluna account and when I log in, the screen says that I will receive a confirmation email from them to complete the registeration process.
I have not still received this confirmation email and I have double checked that my new email address was not entered incorrectly. I've contacted Toluna 2 days ago via their 'contact us' form but not heard anything from them.
I'm getting rather worried as I've accumulated a lot of points and don't want to let my hard work go to waste. I can still log in but it still says I have to verify my new email address. It's a live.com one and I've been receiving other messages on it so I don't see why they should be having any technical difficulties getting in contact with me.
Has anyone gone through this process recently and can advise me on what to do?0 -
Ordered my latest HMV voucher a few days ago, it arrived today but noticed only valid until 5/4/2008. Previous ones have had a good 'sell by' so worth checking!
Hi, would you mind telling me if what you got was the £12 HMV, as advertised, or if they're giving out £10 HMV vouchers as standard now?
Noble Scarlet, in the past, when I had to contact T&V, they would take at least a week to get back to me, sometimes longer - and sometimes they didn't even seem to be following the thread of my emails very clearly - it took weeks to clear up quite a simple matter! But hopefully their customer service has improved since then.0 -

Thanks Sophy. I'll give them a week to get back to me and if no reponse, I'll send them another email. It's strange that I didn't receive a confirmation email as I thought it would've been sent instantly once you edit your account details.
I'll post an update on what happens next as this may be useful info for Toluna members who are considering changing their profiles like I've done. I would still like to hear from anyone who's done it in the past though, and what their experience was like.0 -
I'm still waiting for loads of points to be credited for 26 surveys dating back to November last year, plus 300 points for 3 opinions I wrote at least 2 months ago. :mad:Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0
