You're lucky,I tried the nice and polite email saying that I was waiting currently 6 weeks for my HMV vouchers in Dec after ordering in Oct,and was sent a bog standard reply saying that I would have to wait longer because I ordered it in Dec!!!!!!Well, I have had good experiences with Toulna.

They're very poor IMO for customer service and I finally got mine after 11 nearly 12 weeks.
Sometimes I wonder about their service and who the suckers areTuck Fescos0 -
Right, an update!
Finally received a reply from Customer Services after about a week. They said that when you change your profile details, you will get a message on screen saying a confirmation email will be sent for you to complete your registeration. This is a technical hitch and the message should be ignored as Toluna won't be sending this confirmation email.
However, it may take a couple of weeks before you start receiving surveys again. I checked my old email address (which I changed my Toluna account from) and am still receiving surveys on that address. So it seems my account is OK, but next time if I ever change my log-in details again, I'll redeem my points first!0 -
Well ive earnt about 10000 points today in 2 surveys, and am upto 24800, with loads more to be added. Got to get to 56000 for the camera i want!:p2016 Money challenge - £2900

I have been a member with Toluna since 2005/2006 and I enjoy it and got fair amount of points. You can get points for doing Surveys sent by Toluna, Sponsored Surveys on site, writing 100+ word opinions, interest surveys and recommending friends. There's a small loophole to get 500 points from recommend a friend with gmail. Basically sign up a friend with @gmail.com and @googlemail.com for the same email account and as long as they choose to register with 2 different names you'll get 1000 points! If i had known then what I know now!
