I joined in 2005 and after gathering the initial points I never really went back to the site until today. I checked my points and I saw this: 01/12/2007 R!gulation -7 510

I don't know how I managed to lose all them points, can anyone explain as I've tried looking at their help section but still can't figure out where they went!

I don't think you can - I assume they must be sponsored by a company which is why we get paid for them.

Someone a bit more experienced in Toluna may be able to tell us for definate - anyone?

But if we could, then we could all create some so the rest of us could get some points

An email notice went out sometime last year saying that unused points are removed after a long period of time.

but what if your trying to save up for something whch takes a while?

If the account is unused and points just left there it can be closed

Not if you are regularly using and accumulating points for something

just a quick query about opinions.... do you get rewarded with 100pts for every opinion over 80 (or is it 100??) words.... or is it only on opinions on sponsored polls??

I've just got up to 33326 points, so I'm going to get my £5 amazon voucher. Just got screened out of a 7500pt survey this morning, am gutted!

I completed a survey today to the end and it said you got 4000 on completition, and theyve only creditied me with 100!. Ive sent them an email to find out.

wayne - you normally get points credited later on not straight after doing the survey. Are you sure its for this survey? 100 points tends to be for those surveys which you are not eligible for

how long after normally is it when they get credited ?
