Yes, that's what they say............ However, I am currently chasing points for 10 surveys taken during October, November and December last year. When those finally arrive, I will also start chasing the points for nine surveys I completed in January. I am also still waiting on points for 3 opinions I wrote about 7 weeks ago. :mad:It varies really.
I think that they say it takes up to 28 days.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....

Unfortunately not, I delete the emails there every time I shut down Outlook. I did find some workarounds that can reclaim old emails but for some reason I still could not locate it.
I just have to hope that Toluna come good :rotfl: and can resend the email, otherwise I've lost £12:sad:
Just a quick update on this (in case anyone's interested):D . Got a reply from Toluna today with the code from the email I deleted. (Checked and it works)
So despite their failings, on this occasion, I have to thank them immensely. :beer:Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0 -

Sorry, don't have time to check every page. Does anyone know if the option to convert points to ipoints has gone for good, or is it a temporary
