I've had lots of dairy surveys too. They only seem to be awarding 5700 points and the dairies seem to want lots of information. Decided not to bother. Also, received a survey earlier today, half way through the survey refused to go further. I ditched it, but it's really annoying.

If the HMV vouchers are still showing as being for £12, I'd have thought ToLuna would have to honour that promise, no?

no as far as i know its through a totally different company/website

i think you get like a tenner when you send off your first weeks data and then a further pound into your account for every week thereafter.

    hope that helps!

I have a similar problem - 14500 points not awarded from December. Have emailed several times but nothing happens.

    It varies really.
I think that they say it takes up to 28 days.
