I'm over 40,000 points now thanks to my I-Scan points. So close to 60,000 now

I'm a little shocked as I have discovered a serious problem with Toluna concerning data protection. Like many others, I choose only to display my username on my public profile in order to remain anonymous. However, I have noticed that the users full name is clearly displayed in the page title of their profile.:eek:

I have contacted them today and will report back when I receive a response.

I haven't received many Toluna surverys for the past couple of weeks. They send emails when there are any to do.

Wow got home today and on the door mat were my Sainsbury Vouchers only a few weeks late but hey thay arrived.

I have also noticed that survey points are starting to get added even the 500 points for not qualifying for surveys. I have started to keep a note of surveys/points because I'm sure at one time they weren't getting added.

I got mine today too!! Hooray! I've already got nearly another 30,000 points built up since i've been waiting so long for them!!!

Was the iscan thing easy to do? Did it take long? Just wondering cos i turned it down, and may not if it ever comes up again...

I am always surprised when people say that they never earn many points from Toluna! I joined in about September and have since had 2 £12 HMV vouchers and am already back up to 26,000 points again! I love this site, although I haven't had surveys come through in over a week now :mad:

When I receive a survey invitation from anywhere, when I've completed it I 'move' it to a folder which I have set up. When the points are added I delete the email. It's the only way to keep a check whether surveys have been rewarded. I'm still waiting for points from a survey from around December, which is being looked into. If I hadn't kept the survey invitation I wouldn't have realised.

I used to transfer the points to ipoints, don't know what I will use them for now, probably Amazon.

Got my sainsbury vouchers ordered on 30th jan so not too bad imo. most companys say 4-6 weeks, ordered a voucher from valued opinions the week before and it arrived a week before the toluna one. Been a member since nov so not too bad if you ask me, also been a member of yougov since sept 06 think i'll be lucky if i ever get any money from them!

Yes it was quite easy to do and very short for 15,000 points! The best thing is you don't even have to receive the pack and do the thing, you can just complete the survey and still get your points credited
