  • I've found Toluna to be pretty good. I'm at 38000 points after 2 months, but I've been offered a lot of surveys, 3-4 per week. Admittedly maybe only one or two of those go through to the end, but it's not been too bad and the points are adding up pretty quickly. I'm aiming for a Halfords voucher for my Dad for Father's Day, think I'll make it!

I've never got many points from Toluna and i've been with them years as well. In fact, i don't think i've ever got a reward off them, and certainly never been selected to trial any items.

Can anyone recommend any other decent survey companies? I'm already with Ipsos and Ciao- What is with ciao these days- their surveys are so poorly paid?? Also with pigsback, lightspeed and home of research. Am i missing any?

  • Are they getting really bad with crediting points nowadays?
I seem to be missing a fair few points from completed and non-completed surveys but because I never document the surveys with screenshots etc. I don't think there's much I can do :(

Yes, I'm still waiting on points from late last year. If you do email them, be persistent - it can take multiple contact to clear missing points issues up.

Bit unfair to compare Pigsback to Toluna

Toluna is primarily a survey site and you have to wait for them to send them to your email.

They don't add your points until they have enough people completed each survey - for example i've only just had 9200 points added for 2 surveys from jan/early feb.

What i do is write down the survey id - example SO-6151 - that way I know what i've done and on what date.
  • I just got about 6,000 points credited today and my faith has been restored. Almost half way to that HMV voucher and Alan Partridge box set :D
  • Has Anyone ordered Sainsbury's vouchers recently?
I ask as I ordered one on 22nd Jan, and my voucher page says I should receive it by 12th Feb. I didn't so I emailed them and got a useless reply:
Thank you for your email. Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it normally takes about four weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it. I can confirm the e-voucher will arrive into the inbox of the email address listed on your profile depending on which voucher you have ordered within the four weeks we predict. I hope you are still enjoying your time on the new site and that you receive your voucher soon.

When I replied and they got back to me I was told that it would be sent by post (well duh!), and to enjoy them when they arrive!
This is my first voucher with toluna, and I must say I am not impressed - does it usually take more than a month to get your rewards, or do you think mine have got lost somewhere?
    Thanks,
    MrsB.
