I'm thinking of not bothering any more with Toluna after this. I reckon you put in a lot of work doing their surveys as it is, yet they keep you waiting months for the points so you have to keep chasing them up, then it's the same with the vouchers. So time-consuming having to keep e-mailing Toluna over thinks like this. Plus, you have to keep sceenshots of your completions of their surveys, as Toluna requires proof of completion. The extra work just piles up and it's not worth it.
Saturday. Well, they came this morning First Class! Gotta be a first that!
Anyway, I've decided to quit Toluna soon, but not before I've put my remaining points into their (might be non-existent) 'Prize Draws' - anyone know someone not connected with Toluna who has actually won anything in Toluna's 'Prize Draws'? I've had loads of 'Prize Draw' Entries over the years and never won a dickie bird! Still you never know eh? :rotfl: Better than just letting the points go anyway.
Yes i know a few people that have won.Jan Wins: .0 -
Its not just postal vouchers that are a problem - I waited 8 weeks for my last Amazon voucher, there really is no excuse for that when some panels offer them instantly on redemption. I can see paper vouchers taking longer but electronic vouchers should be much faster, if they didn't have so many surveys I would ditch Toluna like a shot as they are one of the worst payers around and their site is a mess.2020 Wins:

I'm a member of quite a few different survey companies now and as you say, most add points pretty well immediately and certainly no later than one month when the survey is from a partner. Cash into Paypal is usually paid within three days, cheques rarely take more than a month and Vouchers no more than a couple of weeks or so to arrive. Toluna has had this awful bad name for years now and I agree about their website too. They keep changing it and it's rarely for the better!
They have to be one of the worst survey companies out there!

I have had no surveys credited for months now, i think the company must be strugglingor something. Its been so long they are not even showing anymore. Must have been beginning of May i completed them, they showed as 'open' until recently but now nothing and no new points!Mortgage free wannabee 2022 #820

Oh that's nothing. I've waited three or four months for points to be added. That's what I mean about Toluna - I just don't believe it is necessary to keep their people waiting for everything like this. The amount of extra work one needs to do on top of the actual surveys themselves, just chasing everything up; it's just not worthwhile at all.0

Just to add my poor sevice experiance with Toluna :-I emailed them this morning regarding an ongoing matter and they simply bounced it straight back without a response.I made a remark on the email and sent it back but yet again it was bounced straight back without a response.Tut Tut:(0

Doesn't surprise me! Wait for the rest of your points to be added, then blow them all on some prize draw tickets, wait a couple of months to see if you win anything (debateable) and then resign. It's not worth the stress! :wall:0

Has anyone ever ordered facebook credits as their reward I ordered some yesterday and thought no reason why facebook credits shouldn't be almost immediate so was just wondering if anyone knew how long they normally take to arrive?0
