I ordered a Love To Shop Voucher on 12th April and while I realise that Toluna takes far longer to send reward vouchers through than any other survey company, I noticed that my voucher was showing as 'Processed' in my account by the 8th June. It may have been processed before that, I don't know because I hadn't checked on it for a while. However, I haven't received my voucher yet and have written to Toluna twice now, only to be told that they now 'Send' voucher requests to their 'Partner' (not specifying who this 'Partner' is, although I have asked), to wait a while longer and thanking me for my patience! Last week I got a reply saying I would get it definitely this week. but of course I haven't! I feel as if I am being fobbed off yet again by Toluna, as why mark vouchers as 'Processed' when they have clearly not been sent? Is this now normal? Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing?

Gemini: I'm in the same situation as you, I ordered a Love 2 Shop on 13.04.12, I checked the status now and again and noticed that it was showing as processed on 31.05.12 but have still not received it.

I contacted them on 14.06.12 and their response was that the request had been sent to their partner and I should receive the voucher in a few days, also said to contact them again if the voucher has not been received in 2 weeks. So I will contact them again but not too hopeful of a proper response.

Thanks Chels. I shall contact them again too if by the end of today, I haven't got mine. I can't understand them marking the voucher as processed though, when all they have done is to pass the buck on to somewhere else! They don't even seem to investigate anything themselves either; they just write a bog-standard e-mail to all and any queries and complaints!

I wish I knew who else to contact - a bit higher up the food chain than their usual so-called 'Help' Desk - Huh! - who might investigate properly. I dunno, we wait months for our points to be added and then to add insult to injury, even more months for the rewards! Somebody ought to look into this. It's downright fraud! :mad:

Just received my £15 Love2Shop vouchers this morning.

They were ordered early May, showing processed during early June.

I believe they are sent from a Liverpool address these days.

Hope your vouchers arrive soon.

yeah this last few days there seems to be a massive drop in opinion being made. I wonder whether its because it's close to the end of the month and people who have already got there points have decided they do not need to do anymore as they do not need to receive anymore

I do everyones opinions and then i always do the 5 on my front page and when there is news ones i do them perhaps 30-50 new opinions done a day,.

I am thinking of just doing the survey side when the new site comes in.

I was planning to contact ToLuna today regarding my missing/delayed Love2Shop vouchers (to give them the full 2 weeks they referred to in their reply to me) and amazingly the vouchers have turned up today, hoorah!

I'm guessing therefore that you should receive yours aswell any day now Gemini (fingers crossed).

Gosh - I'll wait with bated breath for the lunchtime post then! As you say - fingers crossed! I'll let you know if they come.
I'm thinking of not bothering any more with Toluna after this. I reckon you put in a lot of work doing their surveys as it is, yet they keep you waiting months for the points so you have to keep chasing them up, then it's the same with the vouchers. So time-consuming having to keep e-mailing Toluna over thinks like this. Plus, you have to keep sceenshots of your completions of their surveys, as Toluna requires proof of completion. The extra work just piles up and it's not worth it.

Saturday. Well, they came this morning First Class! :eek: Gotta be a first that!
Anyway, I've decided to quit Toluna soon, but not before I've put my remaining points into their (might be non-existent) 'Prize Draws' - anyone know someone not connected with Toluna who has actually won anything in Toluna's 'Prize Draws'? I've had loads of 'Prize Draw' Entries over the years and never won a dickie bird! Still you never know eh? :rotfl: Better than just letting the points go anyway.

when do you get your points for the opinions you filled out with 80 words or more? I have got my level advancements for the end of the month but not got any points for opinions yet!?!
