All of mine do that. I'm wondering if they just show as prize draw entries until the points are confirmed and added???

Some of mine do that, I emailed them and they said it would up date when the survey closed and points sent out.

Are you two getting errors when posting opinions?

Had a reply from Toluna earlier, saying that the Quicksurveys section should be fixed now but the technical team are still working on the Opinions section.

Thank you for posting this, I seem to find out more here then on the site itself. Althou the quicksurveys for me is still not working will post here if it starts working again.

What problem are you having with the Quicksurveys? When I was using it yesterday, it would send me onto a survey but it wouldn't load after the 10 seconds and clicking the 'start survey' button did nothing... seems to be fixed for me now though. I don't know if different browsers make a difference, but I've been using Firefox at work and Opera at home.

Quick Surveys are not opening the surveys i have to click the survey button to open it.

Lots of people have been reporting that toluna has been paying quicker. I redeemed for my Debenhams voucher on the 13/03/12 and it arrived today 14/04/12. This time last year rewards were taking upto 2 months to arrive but the last 4 vouchers have arrived within 4 weeks.

Still having errors and having to do opinions the hard way.

Is anyone else still waiting for the points and voucher from the Cat Feeding Diary?

I appreciate all the comments about Toluna being long term and needing patience etc. However this survey was very explicit that rewards (points and voucher) would be within 3 weeks. It's now nearer 6 for me and I've had only 3000 points added which doesn't even match up to the daily agreed amount!:(

I got my £11 amazon voucher from them for it but still waiting on my points i have sort of given up on them. They are not replying to my emails (contacted the company direct as toluna said)

Hi Pasipha,shortly after I replied to your earlier post I checked my deleted emails and found that I had received the Amazon voucher on 26/03/12 after all.I had simply deleted it without first opening it (whoops!).The email was from Amazon.co.uk and was entitled 'Toluna sent you an Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate!....How on earth I managed to totally miss it I don't know but If I hadn't of seen the earlier posts I wouldn't of thought to search the deleted items.

I yesterday 18/04/12 received a reply from Toluna regarding the payment of the extra points for the completed diary.They replied :-

Hello,

We have checked with the project manager responsible for this study and we can confirm that you will receive the points for your daily input soon.

Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

Hope to have the points soon.
