I have now been waiting over eight months for my latest reward voucher. When I wrote in October, I received this reply: 'We inform you that the voucher that you ordered is still being processed. We are aware that this is over the original 8 weeks and we hope that you will accept our sincere apologies. The hold up in dispatching this batch of vouchers has been caused by unforeseen circumstances.

We fully understand that you work hard to earn your vouchers and we assure you that we will process all outstanding vouchers as soon as we possibly can; unfortunately, I cannot provide you with an exact sending date.' But I wrote again three weeks ago, and they haven't even given me the courtesy of a similar excuse. I'm now never doing any more of their surveys, even if they do eventually cough up my voucher!

I requested a £15 love2shop voucher on the 3rd of march and received it on the 22nd of march.

My last e-voucher took 5 weeks!

I am waiting for another e-voucher and am getting close to waiting 2 weeks already.
(there should be no reason why they couldn't do it the same day because Valued Opinions and Ipsos Access Panels do it within minutes!)

Still waiting on points up to 2 months old!! Therefore I am on strike!!!!

Is anyone aware of any privacy breach with Toluna?
I've notice that someone has created a poll/opinion about this. Specifically asking about thoughts on breach of UK members privacy.
I can't find anything else.

According to Pointingthe Finger (Member Since: 24/03/2012);

As many members will know by now, when the new Beta site went live last week, a membership canvassing banner was displayed on every poll and topic saying "Xxx Xxxxx" is using Toluna to create cool polls and you can too by signing up". The Xxx Xxxxx was the REAL NAME of the member who posted the content.

.... This affected all American members who had content posted as well as some in other countries (UK, Australia, Greece at least).....was visible ONLY to "visitors" to the site who weren't logged in -

I got my amazon voucher for doing the cat diary. Infact it was not £10 it was £11. I'm still waiting on the 24500 points to be added.

It came in from Amazon from Toluna, It came to my email address i use for Toluna.

What the heck is going on??

I am still waiting on points more than 2 months old!!

I've traded some points for the Vita compo but still processing over a week ago - what happens if they don't get processed for the March 31st 2012 Draw ???


(Harris Poll HI points and Ipsos Access Panel points are immediately credited so WHY not Toluna? AND V\O + IAP e-vouchers are paid within the hour!) STILL ON STRIKE!!!
