I wonder if I am ever going to make the March 31st PS VITA draw as my draw tickets are still pending from around a fortnight ago!!!

They have the cheek to remind/try to persuade me to participate in surveys when they don't look after you well enough when you have done so.

I did an Ipsos Access panel survey earlier and the points are there immediately so we should boycott Toluna cos they are taking the pee!

I got my amazon voucher for doing the cat diary. Infact it was not £10 it was £11. I'm still waiting on the 24500 points to be added.

I've not had voucher or points - has anyone got a note of the survey number? Thanks

    Hi Pasipha

I believe the survy number you require is 1169454-UK-1 .
I too have not received Toluna points or the promised Amazon Voucher.
I did however email Toluna to complain at the outset and was basically advised by them to be patient the survey had been recorded and they would credit my account when it was closed:(

Thanks. I emailed both Toluna and to the email address that came with the survey. Support.183 replied "
    Hello,

Toluna is in the process of awarding points and vouchers this week. You should see the points in your account soon. The Amazon voucher will be sent to your email address.

    Thank You."

I thought Toluna had replied also but can't seem to find it now...

The key to Toluna is to be patient and look at it as a sort of long term investment. I see threads with so many people who do a few surveys on Toluna, get a few points up and then want their voucher then and there, never to do the surveys again.

But with Toulna, because of that 2 month lag (for whatever reason), you have to keep going and sort of build up a bow wave of orders. I've been doing Toluna for a few years now, and to me, it is probably one of the better paying sites if you use it correctly. When you start, you probably won't get anything (vouchers etc for 3 months or so) because it will probably take you a month or so to get enough points up, and then you have to wait another 2 months or so to get the voucher, and that's why people complain so much because of that long wait.

However, keep doing the surveys and gradually a bow wave of orders builds up. You order your first voucher after the first month, your second voucher after the second month and so on as you keep doing the surveys etc. Then you get paid your first voucher in month 3 or 4, your second voucher in month 4 or 5 etc. With me, I tend to have about 3 vouchers waiting to be paid at any one time, and as one is paid, I'm just ordering the next one from Toluna.

Now I regularly get one or 2 Amazon vouchers from them each month because I keep doing the surveys. They still take ages to award my survey points and to get my vouchers, but because I have built up that bow wave of points and voucher orders, to be honest, I never really notice any delay.

Another good point to Toluna is that through them and their surveys, I have been invited to (after about 18 months of doing them) and participate in other higher paid surveys, where you start getting £20 or £30 per survey. Juicy Brain panels pay well, as do HTC Forums and Business Ideas Forums, all gaining invites and membership through participation in Toluna surveys. OK, the £20 or £30 surveys are not on a regular basis, perhaps once a month. But when you participate with 3 or 4 companies that do that (that have come via Toluna), it can be a helpful little income each month.

I agree with Randal and am also a member of Juicy Brains creative panel.

Have had some good stuff to try at home from Toluna, and gained lots of Amazon rewards.

Although it doesn't really excuse Toluna's very slow points and rewarding system.

I am just very angry at Toluna, completed the long survey in two parts and two days where they promised 5000 points. when I checked my participating history its shows as "prize draw". Just not happy. Another thing - I am still waiting for my £15 love2shop voucher which I ordered ages ago. Just terrible

Is it just me or when you go to post a reply to a opinion it goes back to the main page?
