I'm new to Toluna. But it looks like it takes ages and ages to get any vouchers from doing surveys?

I looks like you get around 2,000 points (ish) per survey and you need to get 80,000 points before you can get a decent £15 voucher. So thats 40 surveys! each take around half an hour, so after 20 hours of surveys thats 75p per hour!

Do the amount of points you earn increase? or have I made that sound worse than it is!?

Would be interested in to hear what you think.

There are also Sponsored Surveys, Quick Surveys and you can post opinions on topics to get points too, also you can sign up to test products (very rare that I've been selected though).

There are occasional surveys which are worth more points. You can do the polls on Toluna's Home page (worth 15 - 45 points), and sometimes they lead on to better paid surveys.

Hi,
I did several surveys for Brand Impact which is run by Toluna for several magazines.
Brand Impact/Toluna sent me a payout of a £5 Amazon voucher in February. I tried to use it last week and Amazon displayed an error message saying the voucher had been cancelled. I've done a webchat with Amazon and they followed up with an email to say the voucher was cancelled but for confidentiality reasons they can't tell me why. They advised me to get in touch with Brand Impact/Toluna. I did nothing wrong in completing any of the surveys so am not worried I have done something I shouldn't have so would like my £5!
I've not had any reply from my emails to the admin team at Brand Impact and wondered about going directly to Toluna. I suppose there isn't a phone contact number?
