I await the result of the muffins with interest - just a little concerned that there might be too much liquid..........

I got the silicone trays as well and was happy with them.

Back on topic - usually the markets round Yorkshire do three small Wensleydales for £5 or £6 so that you can buy plain, with apricot, with cranberries etc. Not seen any toffee ones though!

Depends on if you will be in Yorkshire in the near future.
