Serve in beautiful champagne glasses at dusk with further fresh whole strawberries and some delicious plain dark chocolates

They say strawberries taste better sprinkled with a little black pepper, never tried it myself0 -
If you do freeze them you can use them to make an 'almost' instant pudding. Put some frozen strawbs in the bottom of a bowl and then pour over some strawberry jelly. The cold from the strawbs helps the jelly to set really quickly. This was a fave when my children were little.True wealth lies in contentment - not cash. Dollydaydream 20060

Also you can slice & soften in a pan with a bit of white sugar to make a syrup/coulis - fantastic with pancakes or icecream and freezes well:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Strawberries mmmm This my favourite.... and so easy
wash and chunky slice them,
lay them in a flan dish
sprinkle brown sugar over top,
add Brandy and leave for a while
blob creme over top
