I bought my daughter a fimbles one in boots- yes it did look silly and she hated it. I still took pics of her wearing it though.

Eventually it turned into a fridge lock!!

It seems to me (from people on here anyway) that the majority of people can't stand these things.

Why then do I see so many babies wearing them???!!!

well i have defo ben thinking twice about buying one of these!!, although i do think they look quite cute on small babies, not the bigger babies who have those big feathery hats and big dresses!
i dont think its chav though, they are just a little hat thingy arnt they?anyway as i said im thinking twice now you have all made me paranoid about putting one on her, and if someone looks at her instead of them thinking how cute she looks i will be thinking that they think she looks daft!.
appreciate what you have got x

    Where do you LIVE?!!!

Feathery hats on babies? But why? Why Why?

I've never seen anything like that before. Maybe I've just left a sheltered life.

I'm sure that the baby that you are refering to (sorry, I don't know if she is yours) is absolutely beautiful. Unless her hair is at least shoulder length, please don't do it with the headband :A

i put one on my daughter when she was a baby and thought how stupid she looked as she had no hair all i could see was this stupid big frilly pink thing on her head and it kept slipping down over her eyes.. why not just put a nice sun hat on her as this will suit her better and save her from the sun ..

LOL - just come across this thread.I've just thrown a heap out this weekend that a relative brought over from Canada when my daughter was born. I tried one on her, thought she looked like an Easter egg and took it straight back off.
